Owner's Engineering

As Owner's Engineer, during the implementation stage, DESEIN undertakes:

• Detailed planning & scheduling of the project to ensure adherence to the time schedule. The project schedule is generated as a part of this exercise utilizing the Primavera software.
• Basic design work for all the systems/major equipment is carried out and Design Basis Reports (DBRs) are prepared for all the systems/equipment.
• Based on the DBRs, detailed procurement specifications are prepared for inviting bids from domestic/international vendors for various equipment and materials.
• Techno-commercial evaluation of bids and preparation of bid recommendation reports for placement of orders by the owner.
• Preparation of detailed purchase orders for the selected systems and equipment.
• Detailed engineering activities include review and approval of vendor engineering drawings and documents to ensure that the vendors satisfy the requirements laid down in the technical specifications.
• Integration of all systems, packages and equipment to ensure completeness of the equipment required for the project.
• Project / Construction Management
• Inspection & Expediting, Quality Assurance
• Supervision of construction, erection, testing & commissioning
• Post commissioning advisory services for trouble shooting.
